Morgan Russo is a licensed real estate agent and owner of team Morgan Russo Realty, affiliated with JPAR Platinum Realty, serving buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the Denver Metro area and surrounding Colorado communities. She is based in Lakewood, Colorado and brings more than 10 years of real estate experience to every transaction.
Born and raised in West Philadelphia, Morgan was exposed to real estate and architecture at an early age while watching her father design and oversee the development of more than 10,000 homes. That foundation sparked a lifelong interest in how communities are built and how smart real estate decisions shape people’s lives.
Morgan earned dual bachelor’s degrees from Penn State University in Psychology and Science and began her professional career as a Cardiovascular Perfusionist, working in open-heart surgeries. This background sharpened her ability to think critically, manage high-pressure situations, and solve complex problems skills that now serve her clients exceptionally well in competitive and nuanced real estate transactions.
After relocating to Denver, Morgan fell in love with the city and fully committed to her true calling in real estate. Today, she is known for her strategic pricing, strong negotiation skills, and ability to get homes under contract quickly while protecting her clients’ best interests. She approaches every transaction with the same care and diligence she would apply to her own investments.
Morgan serves clients across Denver, Lakewood, Edgewater, Arvada, Golden, Wheat Ridge, Evergreen, and surrounding foothill communities. She works with first-time buyers, move-up sellers, seasoned investors, and homeowners navigating HOA-managed properties. As an active HOA board member, she brings real-world experience with HOA governance, insurance, budgets, and reserve studies an advantage many clients find invaluable.
Morgan is deeply involved in the community. Since 2022, she has served as the Volunteer Engagement Chair for Best Buddies Colorado, a nonprofit dedicated to fostering inclusion and friendships for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She previously served as a board member of the Golden Triangle Creative District and was a founding member of the Golden Triangle Business Network, supporting local businesses and economic growth.
Her work has been recognized with multiple industry awards, including Fathom Realty Colorado Top Producer and Homesnap Top Agent awards in 2021 and 2022. Morgan is also a member of the Denver Metro Association of Realtors and holds the Certified Distressed Property Expert designation.
